Narrative:

Cruise confign at 6000 ft MSL. Right engine began to lose fuel pressure. Right engine was shut down and emergency was declared. Requested vectors for ILS runway 9R fcm. While en route left engine began to lose power. Tanks were switched and left engine regained power. Single engine landing was made at fcm. No damage, no injuries. I believe possible cause was water in tanks, which froze up a fuel line. Isopropyl alcohol was added to tank which corrected problem.
