Narrative:

Departure end of runway 13, lga. At rotate, nose felt heavy. Used more force than normally required to initiate rotation. At main gear lift-off, stall shaker activated for about 5 seconds. I firewalled throttle for about 3 seconds (about 2.15 EPR), until shaker stopped. I had started my turn to heading 175 degrees shortly after and we had noticed the slat disagree light on (no aural warnings during takeoff roll). Started our turn to 040 degrees at 3.6 DME instead at 2.5 DME (whitestone climb). Slat disagree stayed on until slats were retracted. Fast/slow indicator showed pegged at slow throughout this phase even with air speed matching bug speed of 210 KTS. After slats retracted all indications returned to normal. Requested an off-load audit at dfw, due to heavy nose feel. Do not know outcome of audit. Supplemental information from acn 391385: the maximum egt was not noted. The captain was slow to turn to a 175 degree heading. An off-load audit was requested at dfw due to the nose heavy feel and an engine inspection was requested for the possible overboost. At this time, it is still unknown if the stall warning was a result of the slat disagree light or an incorrect center of gravity on the load close-out.

Title: S80 FLC EXPERIENCES A STICK SHAKER AFTER LIFT-OFF. ACFT FELT NOSE HVY TO CAPT DURING ROTATION. THE FLAP SLAT DISAGREE LIGHT WAS ON DURING EPISODE. TWO TURNS WERE DELAYED ON THE SID WHILE CREW DEALT WITH INCIDENT.

Narrative: DEP END OF RWY 13, LGA. AT ROTATE, NOSE FELT HVY. I HAD STARTED MY TURN TO HDG 175 DEGS SHORTLY AFTER AND WE HAD NOTICED THE SLAT DISAGREE LIGHT ON (NO AURAL WARNINGS DURING TKOF ROLL). STARTED OUR TURN TO 040 DEGS AT 3.6 DME INSTEAD AT 2.5 DME (WHITESTONE CLB). SLAT DISAGREE STAYED ON UNTIL SLATS WERE RETRACTED. FAST/SLOW INDICATOR SHOWED PEGGED AT SLOW THROUGHOUT THIS PHASE EVEN WITH AIR SPD MATCHING BUG SPD OF 210 KTS. AFTER SLATS RETRACTED ALL INDICATIONS RETURNED TO NORMAL. REQUESTED AN OFF-LOAD AUDIT AT DFW, DUE TO HVY NOSE FEEL. DO NOT KNOW OUTCOME OF AUDIT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 391385: THE MAX EGT WAS NOT NOTED. THE CAPT WAS SLOW TO TURN TO A 175 DEG HDG. AN OFF-LOAD AUDIT WAS REQUESTED AT DFW DUE TO THE NOSE HVY FEEL AND AN ENG INSPECTION WAS REQUESTED FOR THE POSSIBLE OVERBOOST. AT THIS TIME, IT IS STILL UNKNOWN IF THE STALL WARNING WAS A RESULT OF THE SLAT DISAGREE LIGHT OR AN INCORRECT CTR OF GRAVITY ON THE LOAD CLOSE-OUT.
