Narrative:
Due to heavy winds and moderate to severe turbulence crew was concentrating on controling aircraft in safe and stable attitude. After takeoff crew continued on 340 degree heading and aircraft was flown without compliance to westminster 9 SID. Approach controller assigned 260 degree heading and flight proceeded normally.
