Narrative:
Passing FL300 for a FL310 leveloff, #2 engine quit. Indications included #2 low oil pressure light illuminated, #2 oil pressure gauge zero, #2 N2 gauge zero, #2 N1 gauge 20%, and all other #2 engine gauges at or near zero. #2 CSD field relay and generator breaker lights also illuminated. Contacted ZMA for descent and return to mia. Performed required checklist, dumped fuel to get below maximum landing weight and returned to mia for an uneventful 2 engine approach and landing.
