Narrative:
I was on downwind for landing runway 6R when a bonanza from the flight school slipped directly beneath our aircraft. He was about 50 ft below and overtook us from behind. Never once did he seem to change his flight path or avoid our aircraft. The control tower informed the bonanza to widen his downwind for traffic about 2 mins prior to him crossing underneath us. One contributing factor was probably the fact that he was a foreign student and did not understand what the controller was saying very well.

Title: SMA ACFT ON TRAINING FLT IN TFC PATTERN IS OVERTAKEN BY ANOTHER FLT SCHOOL PLT WHO APPARENTLY DIDN'T SEE RPTR ACFT. TWR CTLR TRIED TO ALERT THE INTRUDER ACFT PLT, BUT RPTR SAYS THE FOREIGN PLT PROBABLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT TWR CTLR WAS SAYING.
