Narrative:
The commuter brasilia called us in sight when he was south of us and northbound. He was told to follow us and cleared for a visual approach to runway 25R. He went behind us and flew extremely close to us causing 4 TCASII RA's. When we got him in sight off our right rear, he was level with us and 100 ft away from us. He then moved to our right side, passed ahead of us and lined up for runway 25R. When he slowed to approach speed, he moved back to our 3 O'clock position which is where he was when we touched down on runway 25L. It is my opinion that the commuter pilots used the follow traffic-visual approach clearance as an excuse to fly close formation with us and they flew much too close in the process.

Title: A B737 ACR FLC COMPLAINS ABOUT AN E120 ACR FLC'S PARALLEL APCH TECHNIQUE OF PASSING TOO CLOSE TO THEM WHEN INTERCEPTING THEIR VISUAL APCH COURSE.
Narrative: THE COMMUTER BRASILIA CALLED US IN SIGHT WHEN HE WAS S OF US AND NBOUND. HE WAS TOLD TO FOLLOW US AND CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 25R. HE WENT BEHIND US AND FLEW EXTREMELY CLOSE TO US CAUSING 4 TCASII RA'S. WHEN WE GOT HIM IN SIGHT OFF OUR R REAR, HE WAS LEVEL WITH US AND 100 FT AWAY FROM US. HE THEN MOVED TO OUR R SIDE, PASSED AHEAD OF US AND LINED UP FOR RWY 25R. WHEN HE SLOWED TO APCH SPD, HE MOVED BACK TO OUR 3 O'CLOCK POS WHICH IS WHERE HE WAS WHEN WE TOUCHED DOWN ON RWY 25L. IT IS MY OPINION THAT THE COMMUTER PLTS USED THE FOLLOW TFC-VISUAL APCH CLRNC AS AN EXCUSE TO FLY CLOSE FORMATION WITH US AND THEY FLEW MUCH TOO CLOSE IN THE PROCESS.
