Narrative:

15 mins before departure, maintenance was required that was completed by departure time. In the haste to depart on time, the mechanic signed off the item and pulled the logbook page, but forgot to sign the new page in the airworthy block. This wasn't discovered until we arrived at our destination.

Title: A B727-200 WAS DISPATCHED WITHOUT THE MAINT RELEASE SIGNED IN THE LOGBOOK.

Narrative: 15 MINS BEFORE DEP, MAINT WAS REQUIRED THAT WAS COMPLETED BY DEP TIME. IN THE HASTE TO DEPART ON TIME, THE MECH SIGNED OFF THE ITEM AND PULLED THE LOGBOOK PAGE, BUT FORGOT TO SIGN THE NEW PAGE IN THE AIRWORTHY BLOCK. THIS WASN'T DISCOVERED UNTIL WE ARRIVED AT OUR DEST.
