Narrative:
On vector for runway 16 to den off of arrival. Assigned 14000 ft. Level at 14000 ft when given speed change to 170 KTS. When I looked back inside aircraft captain had descended to 13700 ft. I called '14000 ft' and captain made immediate climb back to 14000 ft. Off altitude for maximum 15 seconds.
