Narrative:
While on visual approach to runway 26R in atl, descending as cleared from 5000 ft to 4000 ft, got TCASII RA to descend. Target aircraft showed 200 ft below and climbing at 11 O'clock position. Subject aircraft was visually idented to be an air carrier brasilia in a left turn at approximately 4500 ft. Subject aircraft passed off right side co-altitude at approximately 1 1/2 mi. Descent to 4000 ft was continued and no other action was necessary. First officer was flying aircraft and both pilots visually idented target aircraft.

Title: A B737 HAS TCASII RA DURING A VISUAL APCH INTO ATL, GA.
Narrative: WHILE ON VISUAL APCH TO RWY 26R IN ATL, DSNDING AS CLRED FROM 5000 FT TO 4000 FT, GOT TCASII RA TO DSND. TARGET ACFT SHOWED 200 FT BELOW AND CLBING AT 11 O'CLOCK POS. SUBJECT ACFT WAS VISUALLY IDENTED TO BE AN ACR BRASILIA IN A L TURN AT APPROX 4500 FT. SUBJECT ACFT PASSED OFF R SIDE CO-ALT AT APPROX 1 1/2 MI.
