Narrative:

Air carrier X heavy was cleared to land at dfw runway 35C and hold short. Clearance to land was acknowledged and negative on the hold short. On touchdown I noticed 2 MD80's crossing down- field on my runway. Tower cleared them across in error. I called the tower per their request when I got to the gate. The controller attempted to pass the blame to me because I did not initiate a go around. It would have been a touch and go not a missed. Dfw tower/ground may meet minimum standards, at best. Their tone on the radios and some of their radio calls, ie, 'shut up,' 'get off the runway, now' are the worst examples of radio xmissions that I have experienced since I started flying. Supplemental information from acn 393094: during flare/touchdown 2 aircraft crossed down-field. Landing and rollout normal, no real conflict.
