Narrative:

On takeoff aircraft rotated normally. At approximately 50 ft aircraft suddenly pitched up to 18 degrees nose high before PF was able to trim nose down to maintain airspeed. Aircraft control ability was ok at this point so flight continued. Remainder of flight and landing were normal. At gate ramp personnel could not open cargo door. Maintenance called and 6 bags were removed before door could be opened. Bags had shifted on rotation causing a center of gravity change and blocking operation of cargo door. Perhaps some sort of barrier between cargo zones #1 and #2 could be installed?

Title: FLC OF LTT HAS AN UNUSUAL NOSE HIGH ATTITUDE DEVELOP ABOUT 50 FT AFTER TKOF. CAPT TRIMS ACFT TO STABILIZE AND IT FLIES OK. AT DEST CARGO DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED. 6 BAGS ARE REMOVED BEFORE DOOR CAN BE OPENED. CARGO HAD SHIFTED AND BLOCKED THE DOOR.

Narrative: ON TKOF ACFT ROTATED NORMALLY. AT APPROX 50 FT ACFT SUDDENLY PITCHED UP TO 18 DEGS NOSE HIGH BEFORE PF WAS ABLE TO TRIM NOSE DOWN TO MAINTAIN AIRSPD. ACFT CONTROL ABILITY WAS OK AT THIS POINT SO FLT CONTINUED. REMAINDER OF FLT AND LNDG WERE NORMAL. AT GATE RAMP PERSONNEL COULD NOT OPEN CARGO DOOR. MAINT CALLED AND 6 BAGS WERE REMOVED BEFORE DOOR COULD BE OPENED. BAGS HAD SHIFTED ON ROTATION CAUSING A CTR OF GRAVITY CHANGE AND BLOCKING OP OF CARGO DOOR. PERHAPS SOME SORT OF BARRIER BTWN CARGO ZONES #1 AND #2 COULD BE INSTALLED?
