Narrative:

I was flying a C402A and had just released a load of parachutists at dillingham airfield. It is customary for the jump ship pilot to observe the skydivers all the way to the ground. In doing so, I saw a glider fly through the active drop zone. The glider was flying in between several parachutes and in very close proximity. The glider did not have a radio, but the pilots are trained to avoid the drop zone. Apparently this glider pilot forgot or was not paying attention and therefore contributed to a very hazardous situation.
