Narrative:
Upon gear retraction out of bna, we got a 'nose gear unsafe' indication and proceeded to talk problem over with dispatch and maintenance control. Confirmed with them that (per the communication) that it was safe to continue. Upon arrival into msp after cleared for approach, put gear down. Received normal main gear indication, but still the only nose gear indication was again 'nose gear unsafe' indication. Proceeded with the rest of the checklist, followed by the emergency landing procedures. Then proceeded into msp ILS runway 30L. At 200 ft, aircraft verified the nose gear was down, had a normal landing and aircraft's gear (all 3) were pinned on the runway. Rescue crew followed to gate area. Flight attendants had the cabin ready just in case we would have to evacuate/evacuation on the runway.
