Narrative:

We were cleared by the tower to use the full length of runway 25R at lax and hold short of the runway. The captain taxied to the end but inadvertently taxied past the hold short line by about 5 ft. The aircraft preceding us was already on the takeoff roll and arrs were using runway 25L so there was no conflict. I feel that the wet pavement made the hold short markings hard for the captain to see. When it became apparent that he was going to cross the line I called it to his attention but by the time we stopped we were already about 5 ft beyond the hold short line.
