Northwest of gso airport downwind radar vector to gso ILS runway 23 traffic pattern descending from 9000 ft to 8000 ft TCASII RA warning maneuver, to climb at 2500-3500 FPM. Climbed to 10200 ft, warning clear of traffic. Call ATC approach controller of altitude change due TCASII RA and sight of single engine cessna descending through our altitude approximately 1 NM at our 1 O'clock position.
