Narrative:
We were issued a new arrival clearance into dfw from the bonham arrival to the jonez arrival. Also issued was an altitude change from FL350 to FL240. The frequency was extremely busy, there was an air carrier flight with a similar call sign and I had never heard of the jonez arrival. With all this in mind I got involved in finding and setting up the new arrival and forgot to set in the new altitude. ATC made a comment to us about 3-5 mins later. We were told to maintain FL350 now. I do not know if we caused any problems by not descending right away. ATC never said anything else about it.
