Narrative:
Hospital is 13 mi from airport. I responded to an automatic accident and established contact with approach. Upon arrival of the accident scene I terminated radar service with approach. The scene was on the edge of the class C airspace outer ring. I departed the scene which was located in hilly terrain. I was focused on climbing out and talking with the police/fire and my dispatch office to open my company flight plan. I accidentally climbed into class C airspace with no radio contact. I immediately contacted approach and returned to hospital. Approach did not indicate there was a problem.
