Narrative:
Passenger pushed wife's face into window, slapped, kicked her, threatened and pushed crew members. Pilot had to leave cockpit 3 times to calm passenger. Passenger was violent, went into lavatory, kicked, punched walls and urinated all over walls of lavatory. As police escorted passenger off aircraft, he continued to kick his wife in the back, also in terminal while handcuffed. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states there have been only rumors regarding the follow-up circumstances. The passenger gave phony addresses and phone numbers and there is no knowledge of how the local police in the azores would handle such an incident. The passenger was extremely aggressive and though he was taken into custody, his wife reboarded the aircraft and continued the flight.
