Narrative:
We were cleared for the GPS/NDB approach to runway 34 at bnl and had just canceled IFR after breaking out of the clouds when a TA alerted us to traffic. I was circling to runway 34 when this advisory became an RA to climb. The VFR aircraft saw us pass over him and we did not see him until we responded to the RA and climbed back into the upwind leg of the traffic pattern. (TCASII works)
