Narrative:

2 F15's from edf AFB, anchorage, ak, violated charted STAR altitudes -- a frequently recurring situation for anc approach control. Fix grubbe crossed at 6000 ft MSL instead of 7000 ft, fix knobbe crossed at 2600 ft MSL instead of 4000 ft MSL. Luckily, no conflicting aircraft. This is a constantly recurring problem. Pilots at edf are obviously not serious about meeting altitude crossing restrs on charted let-downs. Supplemental information from acn 396773: F15 altitude and route deviations are common in A11 airspace. This situation has worsened in the last several months.

Narrative: 2 F15'S FROM EDF AFB, ANCHORAGE, AK, VIOLATED CHARTED STAR ALTS -- A FREQUENTLY RECURRING SIT FOR ANC APCH CTL. FIX GRUBBE CROSSED AT 6000 FT MSL INSTEAD OF 7000 FT, FIX KNOBBE CROSSED AT 2600 FT MSL INSTEAD OF 4000 FT MSL. LUCKILY, NO CONFLICTING ACFT. THIS IS A CONSTANTLY RECURRING PROB. PLTS AT EDF ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT SERIOUS ABOUT MEETING ALT XING RESTRS ON CHARTED LET-DOWNS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 396773: F15 ALT AND RTE DEVS ARE COMMON IN A11 AIRSPACE. THIS SIT HAS WORSENED IN THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS.
