Narrative:

Just after takeoff at 400 ft AGL the right propeller feathered, uncommanded. Crew treated the condition as a partial engine loss and received vectors for an ILS runway 7, at jax. Landed uneventfully. Taxied back to gate, let all passenger off. I was captain of air carrier flight xyz, aircraft #YYY on mar/tue/98. On mar/mon/98, aircraft had write-up on right propeller governor. Maintenance replaced right propeller governor.
