Narrative:
Landing at jnx runway 3, wind out of west shifting from 250 degrees to 310 degrees. Wind approximately 10-20 KTS, gusts to 30 KTS. Starting flare and gusty wind hit and then stopped. Completely lost airspeed and lift and made hard touchdown. Front gear collapsed.

Narrative: LNDG AT JNX RWY 3, WIND OUT OF W SHIFTING FROM 250 DEGS TO 310 DEGS. WIND APPROX 10-20 KTS, GUSTS TO 30 KTS. STARTING FLARE AND GUSTY WIND HIT AND THEN STOPPED. COMPLETELY LOST AIRSPD AND LIFT AND MADE HARD TOUCHDOWN. FRONT GEAR COLLAPSED.
