Narrative:

On the approach phase of flight into boston (approximately FL250 on descent) flight attendants bring food into cockpit. ATC cleared us to cross bronc intersection at 11000 ft. The captain, and observer member of crew quickly ate their meals and placed trays with glass dishes on cockpit floor. Rest of approach and landing was uneventful except for the fact that the trays were left in the cockpit. None of the dishes broke but nonetheless we landed with them not properly stowed. My suggestion is that food not be served after top of descent and will insist on it in the future.
