Narrative:

Upon landing in pwm, we had 1600 pounds of fuel. The planned outbound fuel was 3000 pounds. Both myself and my first officer confirmed with the fueler that we wanted 3000 pounds. Somehow, I missed, on the checklist, that I had only received about 2400 pounds. The fueler put fuel in, but not all the requested fuel. I did not realize the actual fuel state until after takeoff. Since we would land with well above minimum fuel, I elected to continue the flight. Rushing through the checklist perhaps contributed to this. Slow down when doing the checklist.

Title: CAPT OF AN SF34 DETECTED AFTER TKOF THAT HE HAD LESS FUEL ABOARD THAN REQUESTED. HOWEVER, SINCE HE RECALCULATED THE FUEL ABOARD WOULD BE ABOVE MINIMUM FUEL ON LNDG, HE CONTINUED ON TO DEST WHEREUPON HE DID LAND WITH MORE THAN MINIMUM FUEL.
