Narrative:
Location: 30 mi east of oxi. During descent to cross 30 mi east of nox I realized we were not on a profile to make the restr. I immediately contacted ATC and informed them, and was reclred to a lower altitude, 17000 ft with an expedited descent request and continued on the descent.

Title: FO OF An FK10 FAILED TO MAKE AN ALT XING RESTR DUE TO PROGRAMMING THE FMC TOO LATE TO MAKE THE RESTR FIX. AFTER INFORMING ARTCC CTLR OF THEIR MISTAKE, THE CTLR CLRED THEM TO DSND IMMEDIATELY TO A LOWER ALT.
