Narrative:
Z time: XX40Z. Frequency/altitude: 119.2/11000 ft. ATC facility: ny departure control. Location: ewr. Misread arthur kill 2 departure SID. While heading 260 degrees, we were expecting vectors and missed the turn to intercept the 100 degree radial inbound to sbj for the parke transition. Departure control called and told us we were 5 mi south of radial, then gave us direct sbj. Supplemental information from acn 397625: after leveloff, we reviewed the SID more carefully and realized that we should have intercepted the 100 degree radial.
