Narrative:

Unable to maintain operational control of flts in dispatch due to workload. I was unable to provide flts with timely information regarding turbulence and thunderstorms on flts from msp to the west coast which is required by our airline's flight operations manual and the FARS. I have over 20 yrs experience as a dispatcher and air carrier is putting my certificate at risk as well as flcs and passenger. The FARS and our airline's flight operations manual are very clear about a dispatcher's duties/responsibilities. However, our management has very deaf ears to that.
