Narrative:
While being vectored to the ILS on runway 12 at mia, we passed through the localizer. We kept trying to call the controller. Apparently, at the same time, he was calling us. The result was that we blocked each other out! He told us do not worry about it and we were vectored to runway 9R for landing.
