Narrative:
Taxi-in from runway 28R, instructions to cross runway 28L. Thought he said taxi in remain this frequency. Apparently we were to contact sfo ground. Another air carrier's aircraft on inner taxiway required to stop so that we could continue to the ramp.

Title: AN ACR MD80 FLC WAS TAXIING TO ITS GATE AND THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE TO REMAIN ON TWR FREQ, BUT AFTER ANOTHER ACR HAD TO STOP TO AVOID THEM THEY REALIZED THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ON GND CTL FREQ.
Narrative: TAXI-IN FROM RWY 28R, INSTRUCTIONS TO CROSS RWY 28L. THOUGHT HE SAID TAXI IN REMAIN THIS FREQ. APPARENTLY WE WERE TO CONTACT SFO GND. ANOTHER ACR'S ACFT ON INNER TXWY REQUIRED TO STOP SO THAT WE COULD CONTINUE TO THE RAMP.
