Narrative:
Lbb approach vectored air carrier X and air carrier Y for runway 26 lbb. Lbb tower cleared a C310 for takeoff runway 8. After C310 turned south and then cleared on course which put him in an intercept course with flight air carrier X. TCASII RA was given. We abandoned the approach, went missed to avoid collision. Had to make left pattern back to runway 26 lbb, due to unstable approach criteria.
