Narrative:
Having accepted a descent clearance to FL190 and approaching FL190, we received additional clrncs from mia in addition to a speed reduction. Having passed through FL190, immediately notified ZMA and received a clearance to descend to FL180. Descent was stopped at FL180 with remainder of flight being uneventful.

Title: B727 ALT BUST. JUST AS CREW WAS LEVELING AT ASSIGNED ALT ON DSCNT, CTLR ISSUES A SPD REDUCTION. CREW IS DISTR WHILE SLOWING AND ALLOWS ACFT TO GO 1000 FT BELOW CLRED ALT.
Narrative: HAVING ACCEPTED A DSCNT CLRNC TO FL190 AND APCHING FL190, WE RECEIVED ADDITIONAL CLRNCS FROM MIA IN ADDITION TO A SPD REDUCTION. HAVING PASSED THROUGH FL190, IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED ZMA AND RECEIVED A CLRNC TO DSND TO FL180. DSCNT WAS STOPPED AT FL180 WITH REMAINDER OF FLT BEING UNEVENTFUL.
