Narrative:
Working abi departure at 3000 ft MSL. An MU30 swept wing twin engine jet from north to south passed under me. Called abi departure and they had no target until the MU30 was 10 mi south of my position. I requested they track if possible, called abi on the telephone trying to help.

Title: BELLANCA 7KCAB PLT HAS MIL MU3 PASS 500 FT BELOW HIS ACFT. BELLANCA PLT WAS VFR IN COM WITH ABI DEP CTL, WHO HAD NO CONFLICTING TFC ON THE RADAR SCOPE. MU3 DID NOT SHOW UP ON RADAR UNTIL HE WAS 10 MI S OF THE BELLANCA.
