Narrative:
Received a clearance to cross fjc VOR at 13000 ft and beuty intersection at 10000 ft. At 3 DME east of fjc, ATC asked our position and altitude implying that we did not cross fjc VOR at 13000 ft. This report is to confirm that the altitude restr was met at fjc and beuty was subsequently crossed at 10000 ft.

Narrative: RECEIVED A CLRNC TO CROSS FJC VOR AT 13000 FT AND BEUTY INTXN AT 10000 FT. AT 3 DME E OF FJC, ATC ASKED OUR POS AND ALT IMPLYING THAT WE DID NOT CROSS FJC VOR AT 13000 FT. THIS RPT IS TO CONFIRM THAT THE ALT RESTR WAS MET AT FJC AND BEUTY WAS SUBSEQUENTLY CROSSED AT 10000 FT.
