Narrative:
While taxiing for departure on the ramp at myam and maneuvering around an arriving commercial turboprop which was entering the ramp from the taxiway, the left wingtip of the reporter's aircraft contacted the nose of a parked light twin engine aircraft. Fiberglas damage occurred to both surfaces, but the event does not meet the NTSB 830.2 definition of an accident or rptable incident. Damage to reporter's aircraft was limited to the wingtip and is not considered 'substantial damage.' a temporary repair was applied and flight was subsequently resumed. Damage to property, other than the reporter's aircraft, is not estimated to exceed $25000.00 for repair.
