Narrative:
Due to a change in WX, we had been redirected to runway 31L. Our instructions were to 'taxi taxiway B, hold short taxiway H.' I failed to stop short of taxiway H, instead stopped on taxiway H. I was temporarily distraction while reviewing new departure instructions/procedures, and did not identify taxiway H in sufficient time to safely stop aircraft. Contributing factors: unfamiliarity with airport, complexity of departure procedures.
