Narrative:
Over west texas. Flight attendant #3 came up to the cockpit and closed the door. She said she was talking to a labor lawyer sitting in an exit row on our airplane. She also stated that air carrier is not complying with handicap law of on- board wheelchairs on S80. She told us that she was going to report to the department of labor on monday morning. She called air carrier management team stupid idiots. What she said was very negative and very loud and didn't want to hear anything from the pilots -- although she was in the cockpit. I was the PF and she seemed oblivious that we needed to listen to the radio on center. We were also in process of getting changeover and WX and her disruption caused delays in our progress -- along with boiling our blood so much we could not concentrate on flying the airplane. I personally had a problem focusing on the task of flying for the remainder of flight through landing, as she told us we had all volunteered to work in this bad company and setting. I called the #1 flight attendant to the cockpit to verify the name of our disruptive flight attendant. She said that flight attendant #3 had been calling fellow employees sob's and cursing loudly in the first class galley. #1 flight attendant said that passenger in first class definitely noticed the cursing and bad mouthing and were complaining of her vulgarity. The cockpit is where we fly airplanes. I am extremely surprised that a flight attendant would come to the cockpit for no other reason than to interrupt our operation.

Title: AN S80 FO RPT ON A DISRUPTIVE VISIT TO THE COCKPIT BY A CABIN ATTENDANT WHO WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT COMPANY POLICIES, AND USING FOUL LANGUAGE IN FRONT OF PAX.
Narrative: OVER WEST TEXAS. FLT ATTENDANT #3 CAME UP TO THE COCKPIT AND CLOSED THE DOOR. SHE SAID SHE WAS TALKING TO A LABOR LAWYER SITTING IN AN EXIT ROW ON OUR AIRPLANE. SHE ALSO STATED THAT ACR IS NOT COMPLYING WITH HANDICAP LAW OF ON- BOARD WHEELCHAIRS ON S80. SHE TOLD US THAT SHE WAS GOING TO RPT TO THE DEPT OF LABOR ON MONDAY MORNING. SHE CALLED ACR MGMNT TEAM STUPID IDIOTS. WHAT SHE SAID WAS VERY NEGATIVE AND VERY LOUD AND DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE PLTS -- ALTHOUGH SHE WAS IN THE COCKPIT. I WAS THE PF AND SHE SEEMED OBLIVIOUS THAT WE NEEDED TO LISTEN TO THE RADIO ON CTR. WE WERE ALSO IN PROCESS OF GETTING CHANGEOVER AND WX AND HER DISRUPTION CAUSED DELAYS IN OUR PROGRESS -- ALONG WITH BOILING OUR BLOOD SO MUCH WE COULD NOT CONCENTRATE ON FLYING THE AIRPLANE. I PERSONALLY HAD A PROB FOCUSING ON THE TASK OF FLYING FOR THE REMAINDER OF FLT THROUGH LNDG, AS SHE TOLD US WE HAD ALL VOLUNTEERED TO WORK IN THIS BAD COMPANY AND SETTING. I CALLED THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT TO THE COCKPIT TO VERIFY THE NAME OF OUR DISRUPTIVE FLT ATTENDANT. SHE SAID THAT FLT ATTENDANT #3 HAD BEEN CALLING FELLOW EMPLOYEES SOB'S AND CURSING LOUDLY IN THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY. #1 FLT ATTENDANT SAID THAT PAX IN FIRST CLASS DEFINITELY NOTICED THE CURSING AND BAD MOUTHING AND WERE COMPLAINING OF HER VULGARITY. THE COCKPIT IS WHERE WE FLY AIRPLANES. I AM EXTREMELY SURPRISED THAT A FLT ATTENDANT WOULD COME TO THE COCKPIT FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN TO INTERRUPT OUR OP.
