Landed wheels up, very windy, 90 degree crosswind, 19-23 KTS at mcguire. Unfamiliar with airport and surrounding terrain. Concentration on conditions and inadvertently did not lower gear. Gear warning did not sound. Future prevention: gear warning horn checked, repeat checklist prelndg.
