Narrative:
Flight plan departing had us going direct grann G432 flann. After back taxi, and position and hold, with no close out, and no ATC clearance, we were given a rushed clearance. Finished the takeoff checklist with traffic on final, and departed. Neither of us noticed that the tower clearance was different from the filed and briefed clearance. That clearance was B520 ddp G432 grann as filed. As we began to proceed to grann sju center asked about our clearance. It was at this time that we realized it was different.
