Narrative:
Passenger allowed 1 yr old male child to walk in aisle with seat belt sign on. Child fell cutting forehead. A flight attendant put male passenger and child in flight attendant jump seat to treat, displacing a seated flight attendant. Moderate turbulence. 5 flight attendants injured. Flight attendants had been told to be seated. At least 2 flight attendants acknowledged in place message. Aircraft inspected and released. Report filed. No passenger injured due turbulence.

Title: LGT CREW ENCOUNTERED SEVERE TURB ON DSCNT. CABIN ATTENDANTS WHO DID NOT HAVE THEIR SEAT BELTS FASTENED WERE INJURED. CAPT HAD PREVIOUSLY MADE A PA ANNOUNCEMENT REQUESTING ALL PAX AND CABIN ATTENDANTS TO BE SEATED, AND FASTEN THEIR SEAT BELTS.
Narrative: PAX ALLOWED 1 YR OLD MALE CHILD TO WALK IN AISLE WITH SEAT BELT SIGN ON. CHILD FELL CUTTING FOREHEAD. A FLT ATTENDANT PUT MALE PAX AND CHILD IN FLT ATTENDANT JUMP SEAT TO TREAT, DISPLACING A SEATED FLT ATTENDANT. MODERATE TURB. 5 FLT ATTENDANTS INJURED. FLT ATTENDANTS HAD BEEN TOLD TO BE SEATED. AT LEAST 2 FLT ATTENDANTS ACKNOWLEDGED IN PLACE MESSAGE. ACFT INSPECTED AND RELEASED. RPT FILED. NO PAX INJURED DUE TURB.
