Narrative:
Helicopter is regularly used for missions in southeast GA. We entered the savannah, GA, area on jun/xx/98, and developed roughness in the engine. We had been planning on landing at the savannah airport for refueling and became intent on going directly to the airport. As soon as we made contact with sav approach, we were advised that we had apparently inadvertently encroached in the class D airspace at hunter aaf. An immediate departure from the class D airspace was made with no incidents.
