Narrative:
After leveling off at 8000 ft, altitude hold on, autoplt on. Aircraft climbed to 8200 ft. PF disengaged autoplt and hand flew back to level 8000 ft. London control then told us of other aircraft at 9000 ft. Got TCASII warning. We were VFR on top, never saw other aircraft. Remainder of flight normal, autoplt ok.
