Narrative:

Did a wheel landing on runway 28L, wind 220 degrees at 7-9 KTS. During the rollout the tower asked for a left turn on taxiway D. A gust of wind came just as the brake and left rudder input were put in, turn was too sharp and the horizontal tail left the taxiway and contacted the sign. Never accept being rushed.
