Narrative:
Flight landed on phl runway 17. Turned off at taxiway K told by ATC to hold short of taxiway east because of other aircraft at that intersection. Our DH8 was still on the runway side of the double yellow hold lines when a MU2 took off on runway 17 and a B1900 landed. Several GA aircraft were on taxiway east between taxiway G and K, heading south. Because of these aircraft moving into the txwys K and east intersection we could not move from our position. This is not an isolated case.
