Narrative:

As relief pilot in the jump seat behind the captain, I did not notice that the aircraft was pushed back from the gate with the hydraulics unpressurized, with only the brake accumulator for brakes. All EICAS messages were cleared prior to start and no overhead warning lights were displayed. The crew was distracted with a minor starting problem and a 'fuel confign' light. After start the aircraft rolled about 10 ft with the brakes parked, and was stopped after the hydraulics were turned on.
