Narrative:
Frequency 132.02, 12000 ft, ZFW. Location: dfw 060 degree radial, 25 DME. After 10000 ft, the entire cabin and cockpit filled with an extremely strong sewer odor. Flight attendants initially reported smoke and the captain declared an emergency and returned to dfw for overweight landing at 134100 pounds. Fire chief inspected exterior of aircraft after landing, then we taxied to gate.

Title: AN S80 EMER RETURNS TO DFW AFTER A FOUL ODOR IS DETECTED AND THE FLT ATTENDANTS RPT SMOKE IN THE CABIN.
Narrative: FREQ 132.02, 12000 FT, ZFW. LOCATION: DFW 060 DEG RADIAL, 25 DME. AFTER 10000 FT, THE ENTIRE CABIN AND COCKPIT FILLED WITH AN EXTREMELY STRONG SEWER ODOR. FLT ATTENDANTS INITIALLY RPTED SMOKE AND THE CAPT DECLARED AN EMER AND RETURNED TO DFW FOR OVERWT LNDG AT 134100 LBS. FIRE CHIEF INSPECTED EXTERIOR OF ACFT AFTER LNDG, THEN WE TAXIED TO GATE.
