Narrative:
6 passenger became intoxicated, at least 10 drinks each within a 2 hour period. They became loud and very rude. One called a female flight attendant a 'bitch' when she wouldn't serve him anymore alcoholic beverages. All 6 were to continue on to lima, peru, that same night. We asked for the flight to be met by the police, which it was. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that 2 of the 6 intoxicated passenger were detained in jfk by the nypd with the final outcome unknown by the crew. The other 4 passenger were permitted to continue on to lima as planned. The alcohol consumption began 5 hours after departure from lhr and the cabin attendant abuse began when the group was refused any more alcohol. The drinks were served from different cabin attendants working the flight and from different galleys so that monitoring the consumption was difficult until the problems began and the cabin attendants calculated the collective consumption. The reporter also stated that one of the six who was not abusive but adamant about being served more drinks was really in need of the alcohol and appeared to be an alcoholic. The group of intoxicated passenger were apparently en route to a job site in lima to work together.

Title: AT CRUISE ON BOARD B767-300, 6 PAX CONSUMED EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL AND BECAME ABUSIVE WHEN DENIED FURTHER CONSUMPTION. AUTHS MET ACFT IN JFK.
Narrative: 6 PAX BECAME INTOXICATED, AT LEAST 10 DRINKS EACH WITHIN A 2 HR PERIOD. THEY BECAME LOUD AND VERY RUDE. ONE CALLED A FEMALE FLT ATTENDANT A 'BITCH' WHEN SHE WOULDN'T SERVE HIM ANYMORE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. ALL 6 WERE TO CONTINUE ON TO LIMA, PERU, THAT SAME NIGHT. WE ASKED FOR THE FLT TO BE MET BY THE POLICE, WHICH IT WAS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THAT 2 OF THE 6 INTOXICATED PAX WERE DETAINED IN JFK BY THE NYPD WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME UNKNOWN BY THE CREW. THE OTHER 4 PAX WERE PERMITTED TO CONTINUE ON TO LIMA AS PLANNED. THE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION BEGAN 5 HRS AFTER DEP FROM LHR AND THE CABIN ATTENDANT ABUSE BEGAN WHEN THE GROUP WAS REFUSED ANY MORE ALCOHOL. THE DRINKS WERE SERVED FROM DIFFERENT CABIN ATTENDANTS WORKING THE FLT AND FROM DIFFERENT GALLEYS SO THAT MONITORING THE CONSUMPTION WAS DIFFICULT UNTIL THE PROBS BEGAN AND THE CABIN ATTENDANTS CALCULATED THE COLLECTIVE CONSUMPTION. THE RPTR ALSO STATED THAT ONE OF THE SIX WHO WAS NOT ABUSIVE BUT ADAMANT ABOUT BEING SERVED MORE DRINKS WAS REALLY IN NEED OF THE ALCOHOL AND APPEARED TO BE AN ALCOHOLIC. THE GROUP OF INTOXICATED PAX WERE APPARENTLY ENRTE TO A JOB SITE IN LIMA TO WORK TOGETHER.
