Flight attendants donned oxygen masks. #4 flight attendant notified cockpit on mask drop. Captain made PA to passenger to take oxygen. #1 flight attendant made PA regarding how to don masks, fasten seat belts and how long to stay on oxygen. Several mins later captain called to say we were at 10000 ft and it was okay to discontinue using oxygen. Flight attendants did walk from mask to mask, before captain notified 10000 ft, to check passenger. Again proceeded to walk through cabin at 10000 ft to tell passenger okay to stop oxygen. We diverted to dfw. All passenger were okay. Found new aircraft to continue to elp.
