Narrative: ACFT WAS READY TO DEPART ON TIME. DUE TO A SQUALL PASSING THE AREA REPEATED ATC DELAYS WERE EXPERIENCED. AN UPDATE TO THE DISPATCH RELEASE VALID TIME MAY NOT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BEFORE DEP.
