Title: AN ACR PIC DEPARTS EWR ARPT AFTER HIS DISPATCH RELEASE TIME HAS EXPIRED. THE FLT WAS DELAYED BY A PASSING SQUALL LINE.
Narrative: ACFT WAS READY TO DEPART ON TIME. DUE TO A SQUALL PASSING THE AREA REPEATED ATC DELAYS WERE EXPERIENCED. AN UPDATE TO THE DISPATCH RELEASE VALID TIME MAY NOT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BEFORE DEP.
