Narrative:
I was on a VFR flight plan from elizabethton, tn, to harrisburg, PA. Upon landing, I was asked to call a phone number which turned out to be the guard house at camp david, md. I was xferred to a secret service agent. He said an aircraft was spotted overhead and tracked to harrisburg. The area in question is P40 and R4009. I set my navigation radios to avoid P40 on the northwest side. Being late at night, visual avoidance was not possible. It is possible that the rmb VOR radials are inaccurate, causing me to penetrate P40 inadvertently.

Narrative: I WAS ON A VFR FLT PLAN FROM ELIZABETHTON, TN, TO HARRISBURG, PA. UPON LNDG, I WAS ASKED TO CALL A PHONE NUMBER WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE THE GUARD HOUSE AT CAMP DAVID, MD. I WAS XFERRED TO A SECRET SVC AGENT. HE SAID AN ACFT WAS SPOTTED OVERHEAD AND TRACKED TO HARRISBURG. THE AREA IN QUESTION IS P40 AND R4009. I SET MY NAV RADIOS TO AVOID P40 ON THE NW SIDE.
