Narrative:
Air carrier X msp/sfo was 75 NM northwest of pye, ATC cleared us from FL310 to FL290. We got an RA at approximately FL300 to climb. ATC then called us and said climb immediately back to FL310. Supplemental information from acn 405689: we climbed back to FL310 and reported to ATC what had just happened.

Narrative: ACR X MSP/SFO WAS 75 NM NW OF PYE, ATC CLRED US FROM FL310 TO FL290. WE GOT AN RA AT APPROX FL300 TO CLB. ATC THEN CALLED US AND SAID CLB IMMEDIATELY BACK TO FL310. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 405689: WE CLBED BACK TO FL310 AND RPTED TO ATC WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED.
